What materials do you use for the sculptures?
Every piece created at MODCER is a custom Ceramic Sculpture crafted from premium porcelain. We deliberately avoid industrial, mass-produced styles. Instead, we focus on artistic textures and a minimalist, gallery-grade aesthetic that honors your pet's unique memory.
What sizes do you offer, and what is the pricing?
We offer our custom porcelain tributes in two distinct sizes to fit your home or studio space:
- 3.1-Inch Variant: $149
- 6-Inch Variant: $199
How do I provide photos of my pet for the custom piece?
You can upload your favorite photos of your pet directly on the product customization page before adding the item to your cart. For the best results, we recommend providing clear, well-lit photos showing your pet from multiple angles (front, sides, and back). If you experience any issues uploading, you can email your photos to hello@modcer.com with your order number.
Timeline and Process
How long will it take to create my custom sculpture?
Because our pieces are custom-made and require meticulous molding, drying, glazing, and high-temperature kiln firing, the entire process takes time. Typically, it takes 4 to 6 weeks from the day we receive your photos to the day your order is ready to ship. We appreciate your patience as we craft a true work of art.
Can I make changes to my order after placing it?
Because we initiate the artistic design and preparation process shortly after an order is placed, changes to photos or specific design details can only be made within 24 hours of purchase. Please double-check your uploaded images and selection before completing your checkout.
Shipping and Packaging
How will my sculpture be packaged?
We believe the unboxing experience should feel like opening a treasured gift. We utilize premium, eco-friendly materials to protect your sculpture and the planet. Your piece will be wrapped in original cotton bags, secured safely with honeycomb paper, and nestled inside a rigid cardboard box designed to withstand transit.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we primarily serve and ship to pet families across the United States. All domestic orders come with full tracking numbers so you can monitor your tribute’s journey to your doorstep.
What happens if my porcelain sculpture arrives broken?
Porcelain is a delicate, rigid material, and despite our best efforts with secure packaging, rare transit accidents can happen. If your sculpture arrives damaged, please take a photo of the damaged piece and the packaging, and contact us at info@modcer.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will prioritize creating and shipping a replacement for you completely free of charge.
Returns and Cancellations
What is your return policy?
Each MODCER piece is a highly personalized, one-of-a-kind sculpture dedicated to your specific pet. Because of this deeply custom nature, all sales are final, and we cannot accept returns or offer refunds once production has begun. However, if you have any concerns about the craftsmanship of your piece, please contact us—our growing community is built on trust, and we want to ensure you love your tribute.
