Thank you for trusting MODCER to preserve your most cherished memories. We understand that each porcelain tribute represents a deep, emotional bond with your family member. Because our work is uniquely personalized, we handle our return policy with absolute transparency and care.
1. Custom Creations and Final Sale Policy
Every piece crafted at MODCER is made-to-order and individually finished from premium porcelain to capture the essence of your pet. Because these sculptures are highly customized and cannot be resold or restocked, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns, offer exchanges, or issue refunds if you change your mind once production has begun.
2. Order Cancellations and Modifications
We begin reviewing your pet photos and prepping the artistic design shortly after your order is submitted.
The 24-Hour Window: You may modify your uploaded photos or cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours of placement.
After 24 Hours: Once this window closes, your order is locked into our studio’s production queue, and we can no longer accept cancellations or alterations.
3. Damaged or Defective Items (Transit Guarantee)
Porcelain is a beautifully rigid yet delicate material. We take extraordinary care in our unboxing experience, wrapping each sculpture in an original cotton bag and dense honeycomb paper inside a rigid cardboard box.
In the rare event that your sculpture does not survive its journey, we will make it completely right:
How to Report: Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us at info@modcer.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Do Not Return the Item: There is no need to mail a broken porcelain sculpture back to our studio.
What to Provide: Please include your Order Number and attach clear photos of both the damaged sculpture and the condition of the exterior shipping box.
Our Resolution: Upon verification, our studio will immediately prioritize crafting a brand-new replacement tribute for you, completely free of charge.
4. Artistic Variations
At MODCER, we celebrate a minimalist, gallery-grade aesthetic over industrial perfection. Subtle variations in texture, finish, or glaze tone are natural characteristics of high-temperature ceramic kiln-firing. These organic nuances are not considered defects; rather, they ensure your custom sculpture is an entirely unique work of art.
