1. Shipment Origin & Artisan Craftsmanship

To maintain the highest standards of quality control and ensure you receive authentic pieces, all [MODCER] sculptures are packaged and shipped directly from our specialized artisan studio and production facility in Jingdezhen, China (the historical capital of ceramics).

By shipping directly from our studio to your home, we eliminate unnecessary warehouse handling, ensuring your delicate artwork arrives in pristine condition.

2. Shipment Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days.

  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or crafting delays due to the handmade nature of our products, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you immediately via email.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We ship to the United States and select international destinations. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will become active and trackable within 24–48 hours. You can track your package directly through our website or via the carrier’s official portal.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • For US Customers: Under current US customs regulations, international shipments valued under $800 USD typically enter the United States free of import duties and taxes (de minimis threshold).

  • General Disclaimer: [MODCER LLC] is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order after shipping. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

6. Fragile Items & Damages in Transit

Because our sculptures are handmade ceramics, we use highly reinforced, custom-molded protective packaging to ensure maximum safety.

However, if your order arrives damaged during transit, we take full responsibility:

  • Please inspect your package immediately upon arrival.

  • If the item is damaged, please take clear photos or videos of the damaged product and the outer packaging.

  • Contact our customer support team at [support@modcer.com] within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Once verified, we will arrange a 100% complimentary replacement or full refund for you.

7. Incorrect Address & Undeliverable Packages

Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. [MODCER] is not responsible for orders that are lost or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the buyer. If a package is returned to our studio as undeliverable, the buyer will be responsible for the reshipping costs.
