How long will it take to receive my sculpture?

Each sculpture takes approximately 2–3 weeks to create, followed by 7–10 days for shipping. Most orders take around 3–5 weeks from start to delivery. Every piece is individually handcrafted, so good things take a little time.

What if I don't have the perfect photos?

Don't worry — professional photos aren't necessary. We recommend 3–5 clear photos from different angles, but we can often work with older or limited photos too. If we need a better view of something, we'll reach out before getting started.

How closely will my sculpture resemble my pet or home?

Our artists carefully study the shapes, proportions, colors, and distinctive features in your photos. While handmade ceramic isn't an exact photographic replica, we focus on capturing the details that make your pet or home instantly recognizable.

Can I choose the size, pose, or special details?

Absolutely! You can choose from our available sizes and tell us which details matter most. Whether it's your pet's favorite sitting pose or your home's unique doorway, we'll incorporate your preferences wherever the ceramic design allows.

Will I get to see my sculpture before it's finished?

Yes! We'll email you a preview of the unpainted clay sculpture before final finishing. This lets you see its shape and proportions. Our Keepsake Edition includes a final preview, while our Memorial Edition offers additional revision opportunities. Preview and revision terms for house sculptures are shown on their product page.

What if something goes wrong with my order?

We stand behind our craftsmanship. If your sculpture arrives damaged or there's an issue with your order, simply contact us with photos. Our team will review the situation and work to make it right, including a remake or replacement when appropriate.
